Providers agree to:
- provide accurate service details
- use real portfolio photos
- follow provider standards
- honor bookings and policies
- keep client information private

Payments, deposits, refunds, and cancellations may be handled through the app or approved payment providers. Some payments may be non-refundable depending on the service, booking, or provider policy.

The Hair Lady’s may suspend or remove accounts that violate platform rules, abuse the system, commit fraud, or create unsafe experiences.

The Hair Lady’s is a marketplace and technology platform. We help connect users, providers, vendors, and fulfillment options, but independent providers are responsible for their own services.
